Hector Raúl Cornelio, is the Owner and President of SudeCom, Inc, Inc. of Houston, Texas. He has over thirty-five years of engineering and management experience. Early in his career he participated in oceanographic research under the NSF and the Texas A&M Research Foundation, including three voyages to Antarctica. He also conducted oceanographic educational programs in several Latin American countries for UNESCO and the US Navy Oceanographic Office. Mr. Cornelio has worked in the oil service sector in Latin America in offshore geotechnical investigations, high resolution surveys, and offshore rig positioning.
Hector graduated with a Surveying Engineering degree from University of Buenos Aires, and has a BS in Oceanographic Engineering from Texas A&M University. Additionally he obtained advanced degrees in Logistics Engineering and Business from Northrop Institute of Technology, in California.
In addition to his role in IAPG Houston Hector is an active member of the Houston Minority Business Council, the Aviation Historical Society and he is an avid sport aviator
